SITUATION
At 1700 UTC a Tropical Low was centred within 40 nautical miles of
 latitude seventeen decimal zero south (17.0S)
 longitude one hundred and forty one decimal zero east (141.0E)
Recent movement : near stationary
Maximum winds   : 30 knots
Central pressure: 992 hPa
The low is no longer expected to develop into a tropical cyclone.
AREA AFFECTED
Within 60 nautical miles of centre, extending to 100 nautical miles in the
northern semicircle.
FORECAST
Gales are no longer expected over marine areas.
REMARKS
No further warnings will be issued unless the system intensifies.
